Wild Soul Safari
“Where adventure meets inner peace”
6-15 November
Join Pauline and Marcel on an unforgettable adventure blending the thrill of exploration with the serenity of yoga.
Pauline, an experienced yoga teacher and wilderness guide, will lead open-air sessions that connect body, mind, and nature, while Marcel, a local safari guide and yoga teacher, will navigate you through Namibia's breathtaking landscapes and wildlife. Together, they create a dynamic duo - a perfect balance of adventure and mindfulness. Whether climbing dunes, meditating under ancient skies, or encountering wildlife, this journey promises a transformative experience where the wild and the soul meet.
HIGHLIGHTS
Sossusvlei Adventure – Step into the heart of the world’s oldest desert, where the winds of time carve breathtaking dunes against an endless sky. Walk through Sossusvlei’s breathtaking landscapes, or perhaps conquer Big Daddy Dune, a towering 325-meter giant. As you pause with your feet in the sand, feeling the grounding energy of this extraordinary place, every step becomes a journey inward, connecting you to the ancient rhythms of the Earth.
Skeleton Coast Expedition: Venture to the Skeleton Coast, where the desert’s golden dunes collide with the rugged Atlantic waves. This is nature at its rawest, a place of mystery and transformation and where adventurous activities await.
Spitzkoppe: This place will stir your soul as you wander among the dramatic granite peaks and discover the ancient Bushman engravings etched into the stone - a timeless meeting of nature’s grandeur and human history. As the day fades and the sun sets, we will roll out our yoga mats around this sacred space. The stillness will deepen your practice with every breath and every movement.
Wildlife Thrills in Etosha National Park: Over 2.5 days, we’ll guide you through Etosha National Park, from the southern gates to the wild eastern side. As we explore the vast landscapes, you have the chance to witness thrilling wildlife encounters. The park is home to over 100 mammal species, including elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and rhinos (both black and white). The park also has large populations of antelope species like springbok, kudu, oryx, and impala + over 340 bird species.
It’s more than Yoga,
it’s a journey back to what truly matters. Yoga Sauvage, my vision of “wild yoga,” invites you to reconnect with the Earth and awaken your inner strength. Lets pause, reconnect, and share a vision of peace, joy, and love.
A lover of wide-open spaces and untamed horizons, I’ve dedicated the past decade to raising awareness about the environment and the fragile beauty of ancient cultures in remote corners of the world. A transformative experience in Peru introduced me to yoga, forever changing my perspective and deepening my connection to life. With certifications in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga from India and France, and years of practice across Asia, I’m passionate about sharing yoga’s power to heal, balance, and connect. As a certified safari guide, I blend my love for exploration with a deep respect for wildlife, offering a unique lens to rediscover nature’s wisdom.
Teaching styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini, enhanced with breathwork, meditation, Thai massage, Reiki, and sophrology techniques - more about Pauline, your yoga teacher for this trip.
All yoga, meditation and healing sessions will be out in nature amongst the most magnificent scenery, sunsets and sunrises - more about Marcel, your guide.

“Thank you for another wonderful retreat. I love the experiences that come each day. A colleague asked why I like going to Africa, and for me its easy. I love that I can lie in bed at night and hear lions, hippos, hyena, jackals etc, that is why I love being out in the bush. I love your Namibia, and hope to return again for another visit. The tented lodge was amazing, and I would love to go back, especially when the elephants were passing through, what a life experience that would be. Victoria Falls was both soul cleansing and heart opening for me. I was so drawn into the beauty and power it brought me to tears! Thanks again and keep me on your mailing list. I would love to see more and experience more of Namibia. Blessings and many thanks” - Jill, Australia
